*CONGO REPUBLIC - Finance ministers from the West African
and Central African monetary unions meet in Congo Republic's
capital Brazzaville to discuss the franc currency and other
economic issues.
*MAURITIUS - Bank of Mauritius to auction 364-day Treasury
bills worth a total 800 million rupees.
